It is especially meaningful for us that the forum is being held in the capital of the fraternal Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. Our peoples are united by historical and truly brotherly ties that have been tested by time and hardship.

This friendship did not arise by chance - it is passed down from generation to generation as a value that must be cherished and developed. During the most difficult period of Abkhazia's modern history, during the Patriotic War of the people of Abkhazia, our brothers from the North Caucasus came to the rescue. Their support became a manifestation of genuine brotherhood and solidarity.

Today, you, the sons and daughters of those who defended Abkhazia, are called upon to continue and strengthen the friendship established by your fathers, enriching it with new meaning and shared achievements.

I am convinced that your forum will become an effective platform for the exchange of experience, the development of new ideas and projects, as well as the strengthening of friendly ties.
