President Signs Decrees Awarding Boris Lyubimov and Alexei Dubrovsky
President of Abkhazia Badra Gunba signed a decree awarding the Order of Akhdz-Apsha, III Degree, to Boris Nikolaevich Lyubimov, President of the Mikhail Shchepkin Higher Theatre School of the State Academic Maly Theatre of Russia, for his personal contribution to strengthening theatrical ties between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Russian Federation, advancing cultural and humanitarian cooperation, and training professional personnel for the Republic of Abkhazia.

President Badra Gunba held a meeting to review ongoing efforts to address the aftermath of severe flooding in eastern Abkhazia caused by heavy rainfall.
