By decree of the President of Abkhazia, Badra Gunba, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Head of the Department of Journalism at the Abkhazian State University, Guram Artemovich Amkuab was awarded the honorary title "Honored Scientist of the Republic of Abkhazia."
