By decree of President Badra Gunba, Maya Tsybulevskaya has been appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia.

Maya Vasilyevna Tsybulevskaya was born on July 16, 1985.


In 2002, she graduated from secondary school No. 14 named after A.P. Chekhov, Sukhum.
 
From 2002 to 2007 – studied at the Faculty of Biology and Geography of the Abkhazian State University, majoring in Biology;

From 2013 to 2015 – pursued a Master's degree at the Faculty of  Biology and Geography of the Abkhazian State University, specializing in Ecology;

From 2006 to 2009 , she worked as a teacher of Biology and Chemistry at the No. 4 school named after D. I. Gulia in Sukhum.

Since 2009, she has been a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Biology and Geography of the Abkhazian State University;

From 2013 to 2021 – Lecturer in Biology at the Pushkin Secondary School No. 2 in Sukhum;

Since 2012, she has been a researcher at the Department of Hydrobiology and Marine Resources of the Institute of Ecology of the Academy of Sciences of  Abkhazia;

From 2018 to 2021 – she worked at the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Abkhazia, Chief Specialist and Methodologist of Biology and Chemistry;

From 2025 to the present – she has served as Head of the Department of General Secondary and Vocational Education at the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Abkhazia.
