President of Abkhazia Badra Gunba signed a decree awarding Levarsa Nikolaevich Achba the Order of Akhdz-Apsha, III degree, for his contribution to the development of healthcare in the Republic of Abkhazia, high professionalism and services to the Fatherland during the Patriotic War of the people of Abkhazia in 1992-1993.
