The exhibition showcases artist’s landmark works created during various stages of his career.

Vice President Beslan Bigvava, Prime Minister Vladimir Delba, and Head of the Presidential Administration Beslan Eshba also took part in the event.

The head of state noted the artist's contribution to the development of national fine arts and the preservation of cultural heritage.

Earlier, President Badra Gunba signed a decree on conferring the honorary title of "People's Artist of the Republic of Abkhazia" to Nugzar Logua for his significant contribution to the formation and development of fine arts, high professional skills and education of the younger generation.
